This policy covers both website visitors and clients and users of Brandom's AI-powered services, including interactions with Violet.
Our website uses standard cookies and server logs to understand how visitors use the site. Information collected may include the date and time of visits, pages viewed, time spent on the site, referring and exit pages, and IP address. Your browser controls cookie permissions, and each site can only access its own cookies.
Your IP address is automatically collected by our web server as part of standard traffic data used to deliver requested content and monitor site performance.

Conversations with Violet are private by design. Conversation data — including text inputs, voice inputs, session metadata, account and profile data, and memory data — is used solely to deliver, secure, and improve the Brandom service. We do not sell conversation data or share it with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

If you are a Brandom client, your account data and your customers' conversation data are treated with equal confidentiality protections. Client businesses retain ownership of their customers' conversation data. Brandom does not cross-share data between client accounts under any circumstances.
Access to conversation data within Intention Products is limited to authorized personnel for the purposes of service delivery, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Such access is logged and governed by internal access controls. We do not access client conversations for general business purposes.
If you interact with Violet via voice, audio inputs are processed in real time for transcription purposes. Audio data is subject to the same retention terms as all other conversation data described below.
All data — including conversation transcripts, voice and audio data, session metadata, account and profile data, and memory data — is retained for the duration of your active subscription(s). Following expiration or cancellation of all subscriptions, data is retained for 180 days to facilitate uninterrupted reengagement, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Clients may request early deletion by contacting support@intentionproducts.com.
Brandom's conversational services may retain structured memory data across sessions to personalize and improve your experience. Memory data is treated with the same confidentiality protections as conversation data and is subject to the same retention and deletion terms above. Clients may request a summary or deletion of their memory data at any time.

Email is not a secure communication medium. Please do not send sensitive personal or business information via email. Any sensitive information submitted through email is transmitted at your own risk.
We use software programs to monitor network traffic for unauthorized activity and to maintain service availability.
We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease subscription lists to third parties. We will not provide your email address or phone number to any third party unless legally required to do so.
We use your contact information solely to provide timely and relevant communications related to your account and services.
