Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Intention Products, LLC d/b/a Brandom® and Kim Castle™ ("Intention Products," "we," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website at brandom.agency or use any Brandom conversational service. This policy covers both website visitors and clients and users of Brandom's AI-powered services, including interactions with Violet.

1. Website Data Collection

Cookies

Our website uses standard cookies and server logs to understand how visitors use the site. Information collected may include the date and time of visits, pages viewed, time spent on the site, referring and exit pages, and IP address. Your browser controls cookie permissions, and each site can only access its own cookies.

IP Addresses

Your IP address is automatically collected by our web server as part of standard traffic data used to deliver requested content and monitor site performance.

Email Correspondence

If you contact us by email, we may retain your email address, message content, and our response. The same protections described in this policy apply to email communications, whether received through our website, contact forms, or direct correspondence.

2. Brandom Conversational Services — Additional Privacy Terms

When you or your customers interact with Violet through any Brandom program or service, the following terms apply in addition to the website terms above.

Conversation Data

Conversations with Violet are private by design. Conversation data — including text inputs, voice inputs, session metadata, account and profile data, and memory data — is used solely to deliver, secure, and improve the Brandom service. We do not sell conversation data or share it with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

Subprocessors

To deliver the Brandom service, conversation data may be processed by trusted technology partners, including cloud infrastructure and AI service providers. All subprocessors:

  • Operate under confidentiality obligations
  • Are prohibited from using your data for their own commercial purposes
  • Are contractually required to maintain appropriate security standards

We maintain an internal list of active subprocessors. Clients may request this list by contacting support@intentionproducts.com.

B2B Client and End-User Data

If you are a Brandom client, your account data and your customers' conversation data are treated with equal confidentiality protections. Client businesses retain ownership of their customers' conversation data. Brandom does not cross-share data between client accounts under any circumstances.

Internal Access

Access to conversation data within Intention Products is limited to authorized personnel for the purposes of service delivery, security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance. Such access is logged and governed by internal access controls. We do not access client conversations for general business purposes.

Voice and Audio Data

If you interact with Violet via voice, audio inputs are processed in real time for transcription purposes. Audio data is subject to the same retention terms as all other conversation data described below.

Data Retention

All data — including conversation transcripts, voice and audio data, session metadata, account and profile data, and memory data — is retained for the duration of your active subscription(s). Following expiration or cancellation of all subscriptions, data is retained for 180 days to facilitate uninterrupted reengagement, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Clients may request early deletion by contacting support@intentionproducts.com.

Memory Data

Brandom's conversational services may retain structured memory data across sessions to personalize and improve your experience. Memory data is treated with the same confidentiality protections as conversation data and is subject to the same retention and deletion terms above. Clients may request a summary or deletion of their memory data at any time.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information for the following purposes:

  • Delivering and operating Brandom services
  • Providing customer support and responding to inquiries
  • Improving service quality, safety, and performance
  • Communicating service updates and relevant information
  • Complying with legal obligations

We do not use personal information for purposes materially inconsistent with those described at the time of collection without your prior consent.

4. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information or conversation data to third parties. We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes. We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

  • To trusted subprocessors necessary to deliver the Brandom service, subject to confidentiality obligations
  • When legally compelled to do so, including in response to valid legal process
  • To protect the legal rights, safety, or property of Intention Products, our clients, or the public

Additional data sharing terms applicable to B2B clients are governed by your applicable Terms of Service agreement with Intention Products.

5. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Information transmitted through our conversational services uses secure encrypted connections.

Email is not a secure communication medium. Please do not send sensitive personal or business information via email. Any sensitive information submitted through email is transmitted at your own risk.

We use software programs to monitor network traffic for unauthorized activity and to maintain service availability.

6. Email and Communications Policies

We are committed to keeping your email address confidential. We do not sell, rent, or lease subscription lists to third parties. We will not provide your email address or phone number to any third party unless legally required to do so.

We use your contact information solely to provide timely and relevant communications related to your account and services.

CAN-SPAM Compliance

All emails sent from our organization clearly identify the sender and include instructions for opting out of future communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in any email from us.

7. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or a prominent notice on our website prior to the change taking effect. We will not use your previously submitted information in a manner materially inconsistent with this policy without your prior consent.
